Job Description:
- To ensure invoicing, statement of accounts, related AR matters and monthly closing are timely and accurately
- Follow up for billing instructions and issue invoice to client promptly
- Monitor on the collections, follow up closely and take the necessary action on the overdue AR
- Monthly tabulation of CICO (cash in cash out)
- Preparation of GST report on monthly basis
- Ensure proper documents for AP are keep for audit purpose
- Assist in preparing accounting reports/ journal entries
- Intercompany reconciliations
Job Requirement:
- Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 year working experience in accounting
- Resourceful and able to multi-task
- Attention to detail
