Accounts Assistant/ Executive (Accounts Receivable)

Job Description:
  • To ensure invoicing, statement of accounts, related AR matters and monthly closing are timely and accurately
  • Follow up for billing instructions and issue invoice to client promptly
  • Monitor on the collections, follow up closely and take the necessary action on the overdue AR
  • Monthly tabulation of CICO (cash in cash out)
  • Preparation of GST report on monthly basis
  • Ensure proper documents for AP are keep for audit purpose
  • Assist in preparing accounting reports/ journal entries
  • Intercompany reconciliations
Job Requirement:
  • Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 year working experience in accounting
  • Resourceful and able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
